Welcome to Vom Mosby Haus German Shepherds.  We are a small hobby breeder located in Beavercreek, Ohio east of Dayton, Ohio.  We have been actively training in obedience for 15 years and Schutzhund for 10 years.  We take great pride in these activities as it helps us to not only build a great bond with our dogs but also allows us a way to evaluate the dogs structure, temperament and work ability. Our mission is to continually breed quality working and show-line German Shepherds that will promote and improve the outstanding characteristics of the German Shepherd.  We have been concentrating our breeding efforts on Working line German Shepherds of Czech and DDR/East German lineage.  All of our dogs are raised, handled, trained and titled by Vom Mosby Haus German Shepherds.  We will occasionally use breed stock from other breeders to add to our breeding program.  Since we are a hobby breeder and selectively breeding, we currently only have litters available once or twice every few years.  We are dedicated to maintaining and improving upon the NOBLE characteristics of the GERMAN SHEPHERD DOG.

All of our dogs are handler owner trained (H.O.T.) from 8 weeks of age.  Our dogs are bred to compete in working dog trials such as Schutzhund Herding and Agility .  Our puppies are raised in an environment that is most conducive to learning.  Our pups as well as adults are socialized on a continuous basis starting at 4 weeks old.  We use local schools, shopping centers as well as auto mechanic shops which we find most beneficial to the development of our puppies and young dogs.
